Maintenance Technician
To Apply for this Job Click Here POSITION SUMMARY- This position exists to assist site maintenance professionals with their daily tasks of completing work orders on equipment, improvement projects, and general facility maintenance.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who is willing to learn our equipment and be able to assist in the upkeep of said equipment to aid our production team in meeting their daily targets.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES General Equipment Maintenance.
Changing and tightening conveyor belts.
Assist with troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to plan.
Electrical Support.
Bending and installing conduit.
Pulling wire according to plan and under the guidance of site maintenance personnel.
Changing batteries and fixtures on emergency lights.
Welding.
Fabricating a variety of different guards, railings, and fixture repair.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Education Requirement(s):
High school diploma or GED.
Skill & Competency Requirements:
Industrial maintenance 2-3 years' experience is required.
Ability to work shifts.
Preferences:
Welding certifications.
Electrical experience.
Seed processing equipment maintenance experience.
